and Head and Neck Surgery

The German Society for Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde, Kopf- und Hals-Chirurgie e.V.), based in Bonn, is the leading scientific professional association covering the entire spectrum of otorhinolaryngology in Germany. The Society’s aim is to promote research, training and further education, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of ENT and head and neck surgery on a long-term basis.

The focus is on the mission to advance medical progress, as well as the Articles of Association, which govern the Society’s non-profit activities. The Society brings together experts within a strong network – documented in the membership directory – and honours outstanding individuals as honorary members and corresponding members.

As a recognised platform for scientific exchange, the Society supports the continuous development of ENT medicine for the benefit of patients.
